Atheists are lost.


قَالَ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا أَنزَلَ هَٰؤُلَاءِ إِلَّا رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ بَصَائِرَ وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّكَ يَا فِرْعَوْنُ مَثْبُورًا
“Moses said: In truth thou knowest that none sent down these (portents) save the Lord of the heavens and the earth as proofs, and lo! (for my part) I deem thee lost, O Pharaoh”. Al-Quran (17:102)


Those who do not believe in God, can they please tell us how this complex Universe and most importantly their own human body, a complex biological machine, in which billions of atoms and molecules interact with each so perfectly in harmony, came to existence without a creator, designer, fashioner and a sustainer???
The answer lies in the following beautiful verses of the Holy Qur'an, which are to me sufficient proofs of that creator whom we call Allah (swt) or God, who created all of this. 
Who is Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) ?
Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) is NOT a part of His creation or like anything in the Universe that we can see or comprehend with our 5 limited senses. He is beyond the Comprehension and understanding of our knowledge and understanding. He says it in the Qur'an;
لاَّ تُدْرِكُهُ الأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الأَبْصَارَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ
No Vision can grasp Him but His grasp is over (all) visions. He is the Subtile, the Aware. Al-Quran (6:103)
هُوَ الْأَوَّلُ وَالْآخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ 
He is the First and the Last, and the Outward and the Inward; and He is Knower of all things. Al-Quran (57:3)
لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ البَصِيرُ
There is nothing like Him (in the entire Universe). He is All-hearing and All-aware. Al-Quran (42:11)
إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ أَلاَ لَهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالأَمْرُ تَبَارَكَ اللّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ
"Lo! your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days, then mounted He the Throne. He covereth the night with the day, which is in haste to follow it, and hath made the sun and the moon and the stars subservient by His command. His verily is all creation and commandment. Blessed be Allah, the Lord of the Worlds!" Al-Qur’an (sūrat l-aʿrāf) (7:54)
وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَالْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّماوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
"And they esteem not Allah as He hath the right to be esteemed, when the whole earth is His handful on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens are rolled in His right hand. Glorified is He and High Exalted from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)". Al-Quran (39:67)
لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلَّا اللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَا ۚ فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
If there were other gods beside Allah, then verily both (the heavens and the earth) had been disordered. Glorified be Allah, the Lord of the Throne, from all that they ascribe (unto Him). Al-Qur’an (21:22)
قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ {1}
اللهُ الصَّمَدُ {2}
لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ {3}
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ {4}
Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him.
SURAH AL-IKHLAS (112)
Many atheists are curious about God’s existence and ask questions like why can’t they see God plainly or who is the creator of God etc..
There is nothing wrong being curious about God and his Creation. Prophet Ibrahim and Moses were also Curious too and prophet Moses even asked Allah (swt) to show Himself plainly, when God spoke with him directly in the valley of Tuwa, an honor no any other Prophet has received. But Allah said to Moses, you can not see me O Moses, but gaze upon this mountain and if it stand still in its place then you will see Me and when Allah (swt) revealed Himself to the mountain He sent it down crashing and Moses fell down unconscious. And when he woke he said: Glory be unto Thee! I turn unto Thee repentant, and I am the first one to believe, that You exists (without any doubt).
For those who want to know why we as human can not see Allah (God) plainly, I ask them to Please watch this Video on Youtube in which Dr. Yasir Qadhi explains in the end why we can not see Allah (swt) Plainly, because, the powerful radiant rays that comes out from His Magnificent Majestic face are so strong and powerful that they will destroy everything that comes in its path and that’s why, the creation can not bear to see Allah (swt) plainly in this world. Our eyes is not strong and capable to see the brightness of the sun, a star of our solar system, for even a minute, leave alone to see Allah (swt) plainly. 
The atheist’s question regarding the logical proof of God’s existence, I would say to them, Please check out the Qur’an. The Qur’an is full of all kind of logical, mathematical and scientific proofs and signs of God’s existence and if someone can not be convinced, after carefully reading and examining the 114 Surahs of the Qur’an, then to me, nothing can ever will convince him or make him to believe in God. 
“Then in what fact after the Qur’an will they believe? Sarah Al-Mursalat (77:50)
Do they think, the Holy Qur’an, which describes many scientific and mathematical fact so precisely, including the big bang theory, human embryology, the reflection of moon light and their floating in an orbit etc., which were not known at that time of Prophet (PBUH) and were only discovered recently in our time after extensive scientific and medical research, was produced by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), a person who never went to any school, college or university???
Qur’an is the only book in the world that is memorized word by word precisely by millions Muslims without making any mistake. No any other book in the history of mankind has been memorized so extensively and so precisely, and that is a great miracle of Qur’an. 
The biggest problems with the atheists is that they reject Allah (God) without thoroughly studying and examining His book, the Quran, which is a huge challenge to all those who don’t believe in God. Here are some example of such challenges, logical points and proofs of the Quran to ponder upon. 
The Holy Qur’an - A master piece of knowledge and wisdom.
“Say: If the mankind and the jinns were together to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they helped one another." Al-Qur’an (17:88)
(This is) a Scripture that We have revealed unto thee, full of blessing, that they may ponder its revelations, and that men of understanding may reflect”. Al-Qur’an (38:29)
“These are the portents of Allah which We recite unto thee (Muhammad) with truth. Then in what fact, after Allah and His portents, will they believe?”. Al-Qur’an, sūrat l-jāthiyah, Verse (45:6)
“Those unto whom We gave the Scripture recognize (this Qur’an) as they recognize their sons. But lo! a party of them knowingly conceal the truth”. Al-Qur’an, sūrat l-baqarah Verse (2:146)
