Those who have collected Harraam wealth (illegally made money) through stealing national wealth, bribes and kickbacks and cheating the system and/or people, it is time for them to return it to national treasury and its rightful owners and fix their record with their Lord, repent and amend before a day cometh when there is no turning back.
